Life Under a Rock

OK, so it's been awhile.

((Actually, it's been about 2 months.))

With school and work and more school and more work, I've had exactly zero minutes to blog. 

But today is my official "coming out" -- from the rock I've been living under for 50 days.

If you're wondering how wedding plans are coming, they are going great!

Well, that's if you don't consider the setbacks we've had with the caterer, florist, tent rentals, you-name-its, yaddahyaddahyaddah.

But now, we're back on track and moving along!

I am so excited about the next few weeks!  Toby and I are going to look at potential rehearsal dinner venues, my bridesmaids have ordered their dresses ((love you bridesmaid beauties!)), showers with my girlfriends are kicking off at the end of the month ((woooooo!!!!)), Momma and I are about to get really craftsy with wedding decorations, and I'm sitting down with special family to decide on flower girl outfits.

Side Note -
Speaking of wedding showers, I have to tell this story.
Yesterday while standing around my precious family and pre-teen nephews, I said, "Oh I can't wait to have showers with all of my girlfriends!"  Big brother Damon noticed the looks that came over my nephews' faces... and then we had to explain what a "shower with the girls" really means.
Ahahahaha, oh boys.

 Then it's on to picking out the suits for the groomsmen, finding Toby's tux, apartment searching, puppy dog browsing ((just kidding, but really)), and really just getting into the full wedding swing!

Yes, these next 4 months are going to be the best.

Until the months that come after them.
